Normal Trading Risk — Not a Support Issue

A followed trader's drawdown, a losing streak, or a leaderboard rank dropping are all normal outcomes of trading risk, not platform malfunctions. Support can't reverse losses that resulted from the trader's actual decisions, however disappointing.

Actual Platform Issues — Worth Raising

An allocation that didn't mirror trades correctly, a technical execution failure, or a copy-trading feature that behaved differently than documented are legitimate support cases, distinct from ordinary losses.
