First: Check Whether It Landed in a Different Wallet

A deposit lands in the spot wallet by default, not automatically in a copy-trading allocation or futures wallet — check Assets across all wallet tabs before assuming the funds are actually missing rather than just sitting somewhere unexpected.

Second: Confirm the Sending Transaction Completed

Check the sending wallet or exchange's own history to confirm the transfer actually broadcast and confirmed — a still-pending transaction on the sending side hasn't reached Bitget yet either.
