First: Rule Out the Demo Account

Confirm you're checking the live account, not Demo Trading — a real transfer can never appear in a demo balance, and this simple mix-up explains more 'missing' deposits than people expect.

Second: Confirm the Sending Transaction Actually Completed

Check the sending wallet or exchange's own transaction history to confirm the transfer broadcast and confirmed — if it's still pending there, Bybit hasn't received anything to credit yet.

Compare the network used on the sending side against the network selected on Bybit's deposit screen at the time — a mismatch is the most common reason funds never appear, since they went to a chain Bybit's address for that coin wasn't watching.
