The network used to send didn't match the one MEXC's deposit screen was set to for that coin — on a coin with many network options this is a simple mismatch; on a brand-new listing with only one or two supported networks, it can mean sending to a network that coin doesn't even bridge to yet.

Why New Listings Make Recovery Less Likely

A newly listed token's contract may only exist on one or two chains so far — sending on an unsupported network doesn't land in some recoverable limbo, it typically just fails to produce anything MEXC (or any exchange) can recognize as a deposit for that coin at all.

What Support Can Realistically Try

If the two networks are closely related and address-format-compatible, a MEXC support ticket with the transaction hash is worth submitting — but on a very new listing, be realistic that this is the harder case to recover, not the easier one.

Stop sending more funds while investigating
Save the transaction hash (TXID) and the exact contract address used
Open a MEXC support ticket naming both networks and the coin's listing date
